Terms of Service
Effective August 12, 2026 · rev 2026-08-12.draft-1
These terms govern your use of AgentLens — the website, free scans, journey demos, and paid audits. By using the site or purchasing an audit you agree to them.
1. What AgentLens does
An audit runs real automated coding agents against a target you specify (an MCP server, SDK, or CLI) inside isolated sandboxes, records the interactions, and delivers findings backed by that recorded evidence. Findings drafted with AI assistance are always labeled as such. Free scans are static analyses of publicly reachable pages.
2. Authorization — the rule that matters most
You may only submit targets you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Purchasing an audit affirms that you have that authority and that you authorize AgentLens to operate automated agents against the target, including installing the package you specified and exercising credentials you provide. We may suspend any run we believe targets systems without authorization.
3. Accounts, links, and access
There are no accounts. Access to an audit travels through signed, expiring links sent to the purchase email. You are responsible for who you share a link with; you can revoke all outstanding links at any time by requesting a fresh one.
4. Payment
Audits are one-time purchases processed by Stripe at the price shown at checkout, which includes one re-run of failing scenarios. Refunds are governed by the refund policy. If a payment is refunded or disputed, access links stop working and any queued or running work stops.
5. Your credentials and materials
Credentials you provide for a run are sealed in your browser to the audit worker's key, are never readable by the web application, are used only to execute your audit, and are deleted when the audit reaches a terminal state. See security and privacy.
6. Results
Your audit report and its evidence are yours. The harness, scenario packs, scoring method, and this site remain ours. Results reflect the behavior of specific agent versions against your target at run time — they are evidence, not a guarantee that the target is free of defects, and AI-drafted findings may contain errors. Verify findings before acting on them.
7. Acceptable use
- No targeting systems you are not authorized to test.
- No use of scans, journeys, or audits to harm, overload, or defraud third parties.
- No attempts to extract other customers' data or our internal methods.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the audit giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes bump the revision shown above, and continued use after a change is acceptance. The revision you agreed to at checkout is recorded with your audit.
